My best friend wasn’t in that class and she hung out with other people that year, so I was feeling pretty isolated.

I feel like hugs are in order. Things should not be that tough.

That sucks. Are you nearly finished school yet? Is there a qualified school counselor/psychologist that you could go and get some coping strategies from?

This is a good idea. Those skills will help you all of your life.

I've always been fairly passionate about education ~ probably because I got a bunch of smart but different learners then when I began doing the remedial stuff I watched kids dropping through the cracks in the system like flies. I don't blame the teachers. They have to try & work with the nonsense departments dream up.

There are some awesome teachers out there, but sadly there seem to be more every year that contribute to the problem. I know what you're saying about the think "duh" tanks...they've lost connection to what they are supposed to be teaching...they keep trying to reinvent the wheel to fit their narrative!

While I'm waiting to see how Patricia fares I am dosing all the Big Girls with vitamins & probiotics. Patricia refused to eat on her own, even within seeing distance of everyone else. Having food all to herself is not her thing apparently but their regular feed laced with vitamins & yoghurt is a terrific hit! They aren't leaving anything @ all. Apparently everybody likes it.

Well, I looked at the CD last night and for some reason they gave us the x-rays of my head . I'll reach out and ask for my wrist x-rays.

Head x-rays are also good to look at!

I wonder if Josh's vet will x-ray his legs again to see how they've healed? Then we could compare the before and after. What do you think @CrazyChookChookLady ?

His RT rear leg is a bit stiff, but it's improving every day. His surgeon is so pleased with his progress!

Yeah, this is my Spazzy girl! I should have gotten a video. This was when I plucked her off the nest to make sure she got some food and water...then one of the roosters came in and she wasn't wanting him to get anywhere near her...she was squawking like crazy and running around, then she finally flew up on the roost bar next to me! I believe she was hoping for protection...
