That is not a problem that is a joyous event. you are quite blessed with her.Sorry. It's a crap picture because the light wasn't poor enough for the flash to work but the dopey bird is perched on top of my head trying to roost tonight.

SHRA taxThe photo is a little blurry but is Olivia perched on your head!?
With a feathered hat and a fur collar you would be ready for our winters! Then I'd look most peculiar! I already have a cat who insists on being my fur collar...
You as well Sue.Good evening everyone
Good morning Bob have a great Monday
I've heard differing reports about diatomaceous earth. Some people swear by it, others swear it's a waste of money. In winter all our fire ash goes in the runs & coop. The girls love it & I find it helps with odours too.Good on you for picking it up so quickly. I have a spot where I mix some sand, diatomaceous earth and wood ash into the soil that girls occasionally use. I don't know if it helps more than plain dirt (I hope so) but at least they have the option. It's pretty amazing when they shake afterwards though. Clouds of dust everywhere!
Don’t the birds get sooty? Just wondering.I've heard differing reports about diatomaceous earth. Some people swear by it, others swear it's a waste of money. In winter all our fire ash goes in the runs & coop. The girls love it & I find it helps with odours too.
Not really. It gets mixed with the dirt pretty fast & they just dust bathe as per normal.Don’t the birds get sooty? Just wondering.
Good morning, Sue! Although where I am it’s 6;30 PM.Good morning
