Obeying her avian masters
Perhaps, when your girls are moulting, they could start a feather collection. Make sure they know not to take them direct from the chicken!.Part of the problem is I usually babysit them here & we have very few toys left. I tend to be very Waldorfian in my approach. Lots of tactile stuff. Lots of craft. Lots of outdoor play & movement. Parents pretty much the opposite. Lots of indoor. Lots of technology. Little creative play. If left without direction, even for short periods, they tend to become destructive so while we include them in any activity we're doing & give them jobs suited to their ability it puzzles me because I used to put our lot out the door & they found plenty to do & lots of creative play. Anything we do they tire of very quicklyHonestly, I think technology should be completely banned for under 5's. It wires the brain in horrible ways.

Do they have a "nature table"? Or a tactile bag where they reach in and try to figure out what the item is they are feeling?
So many of my ideas require adult supervision or interaction, sorry. Can the man take them out in the boat for an hour or so?
