Well it DOES kinda have one, the big electric motor starts the gas engine through the transmission when needed.

Caturday! This is an older picture of Rascal. One way to know is she has a collar on. She figured out how to get it off fairly quickly ... and apparently taught the other cats. Thus this was probably about 10 years ago

No collars here either since one nearly strangled a cat. Not that I could keep one on Kirby anyway. He can get out of the harness too if he really puts his mind to it.
