Two out of four of these ladies need to be sin binned.
Ha'penny has been jumping the fence & laying in the neighbours yard. I have found some affordable nesting boxes which should arrive in the next week or so. The cardboard boxes have all disintegrated & the replacements have been deemed unacceptable so I am egg hunting the yard. Hopefully the nesting boxes will solve that problem.

Wrold, the darker, feister of my Wyandotte bantams, has lost the plot with one of the Vorwerks & goes her every chance she gets. That little hen takes nonsence from nobody! She is a vicious little thing! Shuri & Ceres are spatting too...
Unusual for me to have any sort of upset amongst my girls but it usually resolves itself fairly quickly.

Thigh happenings. I can't say I am surprised by Ha'penny. If any of your lot would jump the fence to lay her eggs I would have picked her.

It is always interesting when there is an active dislike among the chooks. You never know why but it happens but it will eventually resolve itself.

Nope. Not surprised by Ha'penny either. She's as mad as ever.

I think the Vorwerk thought she could do some social climbing over Wrold. She chose the wrong Wyandotte bantam to try that on! Wrold can be a vicious little tyke when she puts her mind to it.
