They really are beautiful ladies. Real eye candy.I have been waiting patiently to get some decent pictures of the new girls, who are super skittish but here we are finally!

I like having the wild life around even if it is a bit of a pain. I had a film of ice over my bird bath this morning but I am seeing more bird variety finally: king parrots, pardalote, finches, kingfishers as well as both black & sulphur cockatoos. Figure as the front yard grows up I'll see more as I have planted mostly nectar bearing natives.I like it when wallabies come near houses. My friend Melissa lived in Hobart, not far from the centre and she had wallabies grazing nearby most afternoons.
They are a nuisance in a garden though. Eating all the good stuff.
The width of the cats demilitarised zone says quite a lot about how much they squabblesilly puddins.
They're actually pretty good layers and the standards lay a good sized egg.I wonder if I'll get a frizzle one day. It's a temptation.
That they are. That they are ... & we all know how I like eye candy! They really are beautiful ladies. Real eye candy.
