I certainly will keep you posted! I am so nervous. They were such a sweet, nice couple, concerned for the care of their property. The previous tenants had horses and chickens but they divorced. They were there 7 years. We want that. We want to be there until we are ready to buy something. The living room is HUGE with a nice stone fireplace placed caddy corner - the walls are cape cod blue with cherry woodwork. There is white wood fence in the back to make a small area and chain link past that. PERFECT! Nice cement patio, double car garage, storage shed. We have all the coop stuff to take with us....
