RIR Pullets

It's usually recommended to treat them all since they have all been exposed (if that's what it is). If you are not sure, and only want to treat that one, then you will need to separate her so that she only has medicated water. If she recovers, and another starts looking off, you'll have to repeat with that one.
If it's only the eye bothering her, then that may be all you need to do. I would keep a close eye on her though. If it seems like more than the eye is going on, I would treat.

Update: not much improvement in either today. The possible coccidosis pullet is still huddled up, closing her left eye most the time. But is eating and drinking regularly, I did start them on the CORID treated water today. Still noting some dark green liquid poop but no obvious blood and hard to tell which bird it’s coming from.

The other pullet with trouble breathing is still wheezing, not as loud today but appears to be working harder to breathe. I looked in her mouth and didn’t see anything obvious. Her nostrils look clear to me. Tried to palpate the crop this morning and couldn’t note anything(not sure what I’m looking for). I’m wondering possible gape worm?

CORID treatment wise, can I mix with my electrolyte and probiotics or just plain CORID? Also I’ve been doing straight CORID but don’t know exactly how much she weighs so literally been 1-2 drops directly in her beak 1-2 times a day.

There was a sneeze mid video, looking like respiratory. Do you have other birds? Are these the only two? Where did you get them and how long ago?
We have 5 total, these 2 RIR and 3 barred rocks who are about 1 week older. All of the barred rocks look completely healthy and no signs of any problems. We got them mid April from a local farm store, haven’t had any issues with any of them health wise until now.

I would still treat for coccidiosis, it won't hurt anything. . If the respiratory symptoms continue or get worse, then I would get some Tylosin and treat with that for the respiratory.
Have all the chicks been kept together until now? Just wondering if there is something environmental bothering some but not others.
You can get Tylosin here, if needed: https://jedds.com/products/tylosin-powder
I'm going to tag a couple of others, may have other ideas.

Yup still going to treat, I’m just doing 1 tsp per half gallon of water daily. And 1-2 drops of straight Corid daily infected bird beak. Any idea on adding that probiotic/hydrating powder I showed earlier to the Corid water?

How much longer should I let the respiratory symptoms go before treating? I’ve read so many different posts about birds dropping dead after having similar symptoms. And yes all have been together since we got them, moved them into the coop/run within the last 2 weeks.

Just checked on them again, it seems the breathing one is starting to open her beak more each breath and extend her neck, I don’t think I’ve seen her eating recently either.

@Eggcessive just cause the other tag didn’t work… update now that they’re all in the coop for the night. The breathing seemed much better, still could hear slight wheezes but no obvious respiratory distress like earlier today. She was eating and drinking as well.

The cocci one is still pretty inactive and stays put with her one eye closed except for occasional foraging and eating/drinking.

Personally, I'd leave out the Hydro Hen. Corid should be the only thing in the water.

Do re-check the crop first thing in the morning to make sure it's emptying.
What does their coop look like? Plenty of ventilation?
Has the wood mulch been in the run the whole time or has that been recently added?
