RIR Pullets

Looks like she has pus in her eye. I'd try to press that out.

Is that Terramycin or Vetromycin? One is an eye ointment, and the other is oxytetracycline.
Here’s todays update. Eye is improving greatly after the terramycin. No more swelling and the white substance is gone. The eye doesn’t look normal and I’m pretty sure she is blind in it. How much longer should we be applying the terramycin? She’s also almost all the way back to normal perkiness wise. @coach723 @Wyorp Rock

It does look like she may have lost the eye.
I'd continue the Terramycin for a little while to help prevent any further infection and give the eye and surrounding tissue time to heal.

I'm glad to hear she's doing better.

I agree with @Wyorp Rock. I'd continue the ointment another week or so, don't want it to backslide. She can adapt to only seeing with one eye, but she will be at a disadvantage during pecking order spats, , on the roosts, or from predators since she can't see anything coming from that side. So it'll be a good idea to keep a closer eye on her, make sure she's thriving and doesn't get injured.
