RIR Pullets

If you can get Tylan50 at your feed store, you could treat the respiratory symptoms with 0.25 ml (1/4 ml) per pound of weight orally every 8 hours (3 times a day) for 3-5 days. The lethargic one might benefit from it as well.

Personally, I'd leave out the Hydro Hen. Corid should be the only thing in the water.

Do re-check the crop first thing in the morning to make sure it's emptying.
What does their coop look like? Plenty of ventilation?
Has the wood mulch been in the run the whole time or has that been recently added?
Update: the breathing has completely resolved and that RIR is appearing back to normal. The potential cocci bird has no improvements so far. We have been doing Corid and hydro hen mix(I didn’t see your suggestion to leave it out until just now). We have been attempting 1-2 drops of straight Corid daily. She is eating on her own and does drink occasionally although anytime I’ve gone in I dip her beak in the water manually a couple times to make sure she’s getting something. She is still very lethargic, sleeping most the day and puts up hardly no fight when we pick her up. I checked over her and didn’t see any obvious lice or mites. Had a hard time feeling her crop. Her eye that has been closed appears to be more swollen. We have been applying neosporin twice daily and just flushed it again this evening. Her most recent poop was solid and green with no obvious signs of worms.

Coop is lacking adequate ventilation, I plan to cut some holes tomorrow to assist with that. The mulch has been in there the whole time. I did add another bag more recently but it was after they had already been showing signs.

No signs of mold in the feed, her crop is emptying?

Hard to know what's going on with her. I'd continue to work on getting the Corid into her.
The eye being closed is concerning. Do look her over for a tick or evidence that she may have suffered some trauma to the eye or head (greenish brusing).

I will check the feed tomorrow, but no others are sick so it’s strange. I’ll try to look over her better for a tick, hard to comb through all the feathers. Other than her eyelid being a little more red than the other side which is bluish no obvious signs of trauma. What do you think about the green poop?

Should I continue the Corid or take a break and restart later? I gave it for 5 days. Seems to be a little improvement in the one but still not nearly as active as the others and her eye is still closed.

I'd do a full 7 days of the corid. Won't hurt anything.
Try mixing some crumble or pellets with some water (the corid water) to make a mash, see if you can hand feed her some of that. Or try some scrambled egg. If you can get something in her crop, then see if it empties or not. Not really sure what's going on with her. MIght go ahead and get the Tylan or Tylosin and try treating her with that in case it is respiratory.

I don’t really understand feeling the crop. I’ve tried with multiple birds and just don’t know what I’m feeling for. She has been eating and drinking regularly though

Have you been flushing the eye and putting ointment in? If there is infection in there then it really needs to be dealt with. If you can get a picture of the eye while it's open it might be helpful.
The crop is low on the neck/upper chest, slightly to the right side, and fills and empties as they eat and digest. If they've been eating you will be able to feel food in there with your fingers. If it's very hard, or very large and soft and squishy, or it's not emptying over night, it can indicate a problem. If she's eating then you should be able to feel something.

I’ve flushed the eye several times and we had been putting neosporin in twice a day. She is not a fan of us messing with her eye though makes it difficult to even see it. I’ll see if I can get a picture. We’ve been neosporin for 5 days I was planning to stop using cause no real important so far

Update for everyone: she seems to be perking up a little more every day, still not quite as active as the others though. poop appears normal now. Her eye is even more swollen appearing with no leaking or anything. I attached a video of the eye, best we could get. She’s very sensitive to touch with it.
