Rir too x Buff Orpington or Silver laced Wyandotte

I have a slightly similar query. When I hatched this year, I hatched a few of my bantam mixes - most of them turn out to be black, white, or barred with red leakage.

I did hatch this one pullet, however, with wild-type down:




She is eight weeks old now and is completely black with a brownish tinge, but I'm not sure why she turned solid black when she had this down color.
