Baby B hatched overnight. Umbilical looks great. I’m going to drill a safety hole for A and D today. I suspect A never started to develop.C’s beak has aligned properly now. B’s is doing the same thing, so maybe it’s just a ‘freshly chewed my way out of a thick egg‘ thing? Anyway, so far so good!

That's how I feel when I hatch goslings. I can't even imagine how it feels for a incubation that's twice as long!!

Final hatch update. B and C hatched, and they are doing well. A never developed. D pipped, but there was lots of blood. It appears to have ruptured its umbilical area or its foot got tangled? It appears to have bled out in the egg, very sad.

Tried our hand at vent sexing. We think boy(C) and girl(B)
