It almost looks like a neurological problem. Someone else said the same thing. Just look at it's eyes there's something going on with the poor cat.

It's not a segment run over and over and it's not a neurological problem. They are simply rubbing the cat's 'special spot' (close to the tail). Most all cats will react if you hit the exact spot, some just more than others.

My male siamese would do the same thing too. It's like it feels so good they can hardly stand it?! You know how you can scratch your dog's belly or elsewhere a certain way and they get that look in their eyes and their leg starts scratching the air? Same thing.
