Roo or 2 pullets? 20 weeks old Speckled Sussex

Hen or Roo ? Please help!

We have raised these 2 Speckled Sussex we bought as one day old sexed chicks supposed to both be pullets but today I looked closely and one looks more like a Roo. I’m posting pics of them both. First one (on lap) in pics is the one in question. The one with the bigger comb is very vocal and much more friendly. The other is shy. We have a flock with a dominant female - a Deleware who’s

not pictured- they all were raised together- all different breeds. I’m hoping this is not a Roo. What do you all think? No crowing yet- but extremely vocal! Thanks because we cannot keep a roo where we live.

My SS is 7.5 months and STILL not laying :he. All three of my other girls, who are the same age, have been laying for weeks now......
Some chickens are more late maturing than others. Most people say delawares start laying eggs early, but mine was 9 months of age when she began. My other breeds even my easter egger and brahmas who are supposed to be late maturing were laying months earlier.
