Roo or Hen?

Here is one of my young chickens who is also a chimera. It’s seemed to be a hen but is showing some new traits that a concerning. It has big feet and does get into small squabbles with its brother who is definitely a roo? If you could vote and then explain I would be grateful. I need to get rid of him before he’s too old and no one wants him. If he is a roo, feel free to post about wanting him if you are in New Jersey or are willing to pick him up. I have attached photos of him.
