My walk in coop is roughly 8x12. My main poop board is roughly 2.5-3 foot off the floor with a ramp leading up to it. The poop board is 2-2.5 feet wide with the roost about 6 inches above it running down the middle. Underneath is a dog cage for breaking broody hens and a feeder filled strictly with oyster shell. The lowest nests are about 18 inches off the floor. I have another poop board on top of the nests. Forgive the poop. I’m in the middle of poop scooping
