rooster just laid full size egg

it was a full size egg. i suspected it was that chicken last week. we have eaten three or for of its eggs so far. im still tore up that i dont have a hen and a rooster. lol!
 
i would suggest separating them into two large dog crates/cages for a few days to see if one is laying and the other is or is not! that way you should be sure if one is a laying hen!

i'm sure i had read somewhere that seabrights were notorious for the hens trying to learn to crow and still lay their eggs! i'm also sure that they are considered a hen feathered breed.
 
after seeing (year of the rooster) rooster pic i believe i do have two hens. that is one fine looking rooster you have!
