A few days ago my rooster has been sitting in the coop and he hasn't gotten up since that day, not even to eat and drink, the day after he still didnt get up. So i pulled him out and moved him into a isolated location. I gave him some food and water and he eats and drinks, but he hasn't gotten up since. If anyone knows how to help i would greatly appreciate it.

A lot more info is needed. How old is he? Is it that he CAN'T get up, or WON'T get up?
Have you gone over him thoroughly to check for any injuries, check feet and legs? Look for any signs of lice/mites. Is is weight/condition good, or is he thin/underweight? Does his keel feel well muscled or is the bone prominent? How do his droppings look? Has he ever been wormed, or had a fecal to test for internal parasites? The more information you can give, and even pictures, the more people can help.

Any possibility that he got into something spoiled/rotten, or toxic? Something moldy, rotten, or antifreeze, pesticides, transmission fluid etc? That could cause paralysis. Mareks disease also can. You can try supplementing with B vitamins and E to see if that helps (you can use human supplements - a B complex ground up in some food, an E capsule), some vitamin deficiencies can cause neuro-muscular problems. If you think he may have been poisoned then giving him activated charcoal might help, it binds with some toxins so they can't be absorbed. For some toxins you can do flushes to move them through the digestive tract quickly, they are all very dehydrating, so you need to make sure he gets lots of fluids if you do that.
