I find I get better pictures on cloudy days- you dont have to worry about harsh light and shade- lighting is much more even.

I find I mostly get chicken butt pictures. I do have some very tame ones that give me "in your face" pictures. There's very little in between, but here's Rocky making craters in the back yard.
