My year old rooster Pierre has bright red on the soles of his feet. He seems perfectly fine otherwise, and is acting totally normally. None of the hens or babies have this. Some of the babies have fowl pox, but none got very sick, and they are recovering nicely. Anyone know what this is?

Red skin on rooster's legs and feet is a sign of fertility in chickens, as long as there is no swelling or signs of bumblefoot.
