Only male yes. Came in a group of what I thought were all pullets. Any chance he could begin crowing still? He’s actually only 7-8ish months old, I miss-calculated.

Welcome to BYC! Definitely a cockerel. Any male under a year old is called a cockerel, anything over a year is a rooster. He should begin crowing soon.

This is closer to how a female Salmon Faverolles should look. I'm sure shes a mix but she is pretty close to what female Salmon Faverolles looks like.

She actually looks like a wheaten ameraucana So yes, nearly the same color a female salmon faverolles would be.

I'm not sure exactly what her background is since they are barnyard girls!

Stunning cockerel. Some take longer to mature....yours may very well be one of these late bloomers. I currently have 9-month-old Silkie who hasn't yet figured the whole crowing situation.
