So we are hoping to convert half of our run in to a coop. The other half we use for storage for our wheelbarrow, mower etc.

Apparently the only photos I have of it on my phone (currently at work) also have my horses in it blocking most of the view so hopefully you can peer past them, LOL. We are selling the horses so will no longer need the run in. I don't really know where to start, at all. We plan on fencing in an area in front but also letting the chickens free range in our pasture. I imagine we will need to reinforce the walls somehow to block drafts.

Any and all tips, ideas, layout etc would be appreciated!

Maybe.....might will also need to make the coop predator proof for at night.
Looks like a nice building to start out with.
Lots to consider, lots of ways to do it.
Browse around and see the options.
