Oh my gosh how adorable is that healthy little voice.

she was fine for 3 weeks then back to the hoarse voice and coughing again so this past week i’ve been giving her the Oxine AH nebulizer treatments again ( 2x a day) and also started giving her nystatin 400,000 IU twice a day.

Poppy is getting better again and I also put her sister duck Willow into nebulizer treatments with her, because Willow was mute, and I looked it up, and it said it could be a sign of aspergillosis! And guess, what after about a week of twice a day treatments, Willow is making a little bit of sound. She has the cutest little tiny quacks and she’s walking around quacking enjoying hearing herself lol!

Will continue using the Oxine with her? Or is something else recommended? I hope she can recover completely.

i will be calling my vet and asking how much it will cost to bring her in and get an anti fungal prescription - and then i will be praying for the money.

Or maybe Jesus will give us the medicine some other way. Or just miracle heal Poppy.
