(Runner) ducks; fresh blood.

The Indian runnder duck market in the Netherlands is very tiny. Only 2 known breeders that compete in shows and I can't seem to reach them. The rest around 5 non-show breeders which exchange their ducks with each other and with me to prevent inbreeding, and a LOT of nests from people that got their ducks from those breeders. That can't hold.
To keep a healthy flock I would like some 'fresh blood' so to say.
Ducks from an other country.

I have a hard time to find Indian runner duck breeders from other country's. Where to find them?
And If I reach one; what's next? I heard that people let eggs send to them by mail, but is this 'okay' or frowned upon? Driving 12+ hours with a duck in the car also sounds uncomfortable for the duck.
