Runny nose and swollen face on one side, Please help

Sulfa antibiotics can be good for a number of infections. If you don’t see improvement from the sulfa, you can sometimes get Tylosin here at a dosage of 1 tsp per gallon of water for 5 days:

Update: the chick is doing well, running around, scratching, drinking and eating like her normal self. The runny nose is gone and the swelling on the face has reduced.
Keeping an eye out for the rest of the chickens to make they are all healthy as well.
