Runt of the "Litter"?

I purchased five chicks at the same time. One barred rock, one buff orpington and three bantams. The barred rock and buff orpington are going like weeds, Two of the bantams are going, but not as fast (which I expected). The last bantam is still very small, but is healthy. It's also a bit shy. Ideas? I feel sorry for her!

Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks!

If she's healthy I wouldn't be too worried about her. Keep an eye on her to make sure she stays healthy though. She'll catch up eventually! If she is shy, I would hold her more. Bring her in the house with one other if you can. I used to bring my chicks in the house and they'd fall asleep in my lap before I got my dog.
