Ruptured Air Sac Treatment?

Hi, my Tolbunt Polish Frizzle pullet has what I believe is a ruptured air sac. I've been all over this site and Google looking for answers.
At this point, I've decided to poke and "deflate" the air (don't know the better term).
My questions are:
How often do I do this?
If the air comes right back, how often to deflate?
What do I use to sterilize the bird and tool? Rubbing alcohol for her skin, and fire for the needle? Or is iodine better? I have the red and the decolorized kinds.
I only have sewing needles, is that big enough?
Where do I poke on the sac? High, low, in the middle?
Do I squeeze after poking?
How deflated should I get it before stopping?
Thank you so much to anyone that can help! I've never done anything like this before.
Also, what do I put on it afterwards?
Vetericyn? Triple antibiotic ointment without painkiller? Peroxide?
And should I give antibiotics? I don't know what kind, if so.

Could it be her crop where the food and water are stored after eating? If you are certain, that it is a leaking or ruptured air sac, you can spdisinfect the skin with alcohol or betadine or other and insert a needle into the full area. It would be best to squeeze the air out of the needl hole. Then hold your hand or finger on the area to keep it from accumulating again. But a better method would be to use a hypodermic needle and syringe to pull the air out. It does frequently require repeating.

Thank you! I just watched that one on YouTube. I'm a little confused, and want to make sure I'm not wrong and popping something for nothing.
I just checked several other chicks (5 & 6 weeks old) and they have a similar bubble, not as big as hers. Could it be something other than ruptured air sac?

Could it be her crop? It gets bigger with upwards pressure from underneath.
Other chicks have it too, but hers is biggest.

That is perfectly normal. I believe it might be their crop (from what I felt on my chick). I noticed this on my chicks a few weeks ago when they were about the same age as yours. They are perfectly healthy and should outgrow this happening. Please don't pop it, they will be perfectly ok.
