Yeah, that's overboard. At first it sounds innocent enough, but then you start to think about it. I lived during the Cold War, and know people in other countries who had neighbors and family members even who were spying on them. I think we would be better off if we tried to catch people in the act of being good, and thanked them for it. Sounds more productive. It would make people happy instead of paranoid.

Sorry it sounds fake to me too. There is no publication as to where it goes. Not that the idea isn't good just doesn't seem genuine. Almost seems like someone trying for blackmail material or something. The reason I say the idea is good is I live where meth houses are common. I would like to see more.of.them taken down.
