The Saipan in my opinion are wonderful birds. They have a unique crow.

This guy is going to be MASSIVE. I've decided he is the best rooster out of 30 hybrids. He is now the sole breeder in my mixed flock.

Wow he looks huge. A hawk would be crazy to mess with him.

Hawks are not a problem here. Coyotes,bobcats,and dogs are. I'm watching him close to see if he continues to grow like a Saipan. So far he is still gaining weight,can't really tell about the height. I imagine he is around 28" right now

I cant wait to hear them crow. Mine are just 8 wks old now and they make the cutest whistling sounds.
