What breed is Mr Peep?

Mr Peep's father was a bantam cochin and his mother a modern game. He's smaller than my other bantams. He's a pocket roo!

Does anyone have a cabinet incubator they are interested in selling? I think I am going to take the plunge. Spotrsman, dickey, etc. one of the fairly serious ones where you basically just have to keep track of how long they have been in there. PM me.

Way slow went from 10-12, to 6-8 and now 2-3...

Its been 25-35 degrees the last few nights here, today was the first time all the waterers froze, even the large calves' and horses'. This is our first winter here, so we are adjusting.

No eggs out of mine for at least two months. But then I still have snow on the ground this week. Its COLD at my house.

Mine were giving me nada, until one decided to start laying and she seemed to jump start the others. I'm not getting great production, but at least I don't need to buy eggs from the store for cooking and general consumption. Of course the one who started the ball rolling is now broody. Great timing girlfriend.
