Glenn picked one up. They work great, but the problem is getting them to your house. They'll deliver for a fee, and it's reasonable, especially if you get more than one. They won't deliver to Julian unfortunately. You going to go for it?

I think my husband would object to any more chicken projects for the backyard. Though in my imagination I am doing all sorts of cool things, chicken storage, playhouse for my daughter, etc etc. I have no skills, so this is really an exercise in wishful thinking.

[I just realized that chicken storage makes it sound like I'd be stacking spare chickens up. I meant chicken related storage - feed, shavings, hay]

Who here had bunnies that they were re-homing?? My kids have narrowed their eyes down to rabbits for 4H this year and so I am looking for one that will qualify. It has to be papered, I know that, but not sure on anything else!!

Sent a PM, I have lots of babies right now! tricolor Mini rex and one Sable Point buck.

I have 6 SFH cockerels to re-home right now. I have a call in to a lady that said she wanted one of them. I'll ask her if she wants a guaranteed sweet adult over an unknown younger one. Do you have a recent of him?

I'll try to get a pic on here today or tonight. He's darling with people and even fine with regular sized hens, but the banties are just getting too much attention from him. I think the real problem is he is low status in the flock amongst the other roos, so he does a lot of opportunistic (ambush) breeding of the hens, and the banties are easier for him to get to before the Boss Rooster gets there to intercede.
