My Sapphire gem egg is the center tan egg left of the white. Usually an off pink- with little purple spots.

I know everyone has said it but definitely a hen. Mine got a really large comb and wattles early on and started laying at 16 weeks. She’s only of the friendliest of our flock.

What birds give you those great green and blue eggs? That’s what I want to add to my flock.

The blue eggs are from a cream legbar, and a blue bell egger, the pretty gray green is my avatar's daughters, they have a grey egg gene which changes up the green.

Sapphire Gems are sexlinks. Males have barring. Definitely pullet

A big thank you to everyone! I would have loved to have had at least one rooster but I can live with ten beautiful ladies!
