Screaming chick. ALL THE TIME

Many of us on here have spent a day or two with a sickly chick tucked inside our shirt to keep it warm and easy to tend.
;)

I'm not sure why, by that made me laugh quiet a bit.
Angry Baby DID enjoy riding around in my bra.

She's standing, but still peeping. She reached up to the heater and then fluffed up. She's wobbly, but not as fluffed now. I figure the incubator is a good place to keep her warm and contained.

This is what the first three babies used when they hatched. I have a larger one (about twice the size) they'll be switching to tommorow. We finally got the brooder repaired from the basement flooding (twice!). It easily fits the three bigger birds. The only reason I didn't switch to a larger one before was that the older ones don't use it and prefer the top.

Duh, forgot picture. It's small, but it's what I had at the time. They're getting a massive upgrade tomorrow. I figured the new ones would be okay since the older ones were fine.

Pad is way too small for them to get underneath.
If you're going to keep the screamer in the incubator put it's hatch mates in there too.

That's what I figured, but the other three did fine. It looks smaller in the photo than it is. All three younger ones can easily pop in without bending down. Either way I'll replace it tonight instead of tomorrow. They'll just have to deal with being a bit cramped.

Vent is clear from what I can tell. You should be able to see it fairly easy, right?

Her buddies are thrilled at being in the incubator. They've flopped and are asleep.

How often should I feed her? Should I try getting food down, or just water?
