So I got some hatchery stock seabrights to keep my one egg that was hatching company 6 months ago and my big ones still not laying but my first hen now is laying and a sea bright and she has layed ever day for 3 days now... I am astonished having bantams before never had one lay every day... Is this common at all with them? Or maybe cuz she just started laying?
I was so shocked at this? She layed late in afternoon yesterday so I don't know if I will get one today... And I need one more egg of hers to make muffins! LolMine lay as well as my orpington and ee. 4 to 4 eggs a week.
