Second duckling trouble swallowing water. Advice please

Little Charlie is eating and growing but has a hard time swallowing water. He has rubbed the feathers off of his head and back. Seems awful Coincidental that I have had two ducklings with the same symptoms. Been adding B complex to his water. What is this? Advice?

Try warm water for drinking. And your using liquid B I’d add vitamin E just open and squeeze over his feed. Does he have trouble eating too? Bless such a precious baby.

If you will notice in the video, as soon as he takes a drink he throws his little head back like he is trying to get it down. Surprisingly he seems to do ok with food.

He seems to do ok eating, for the most part. He is growing and otherwise seems very healthy. Stevie seemed to grow out of it. It truly seems as though his neck is a bit tiny. Stevie had trouble eating and drinking.
