OMG I am sooooo glad I am not riding in that VAN!!!

I am sooooo excited. I will be there with husband and family.

Are spectators allowed in the judging area? I am sorry for the stupid questions, but this is my first Show. I am wanting to learn the ropes and exactly how early do we need to be there in order not to miss anything.

Sheila

Thankfully, it is only an hour and a half and I have back vents on the van LOL!!!

I think they "rope" off the judging area. You can watch from an adjacent row/aisle but are not allowed in to crowd the judge.

Just wanted to say that I had the chance to meet JMajors today at the poultry show and we had a wonderful conversation. I love chickens and chicken people. Thank you J for answering my stupid show chicken questions!

Sheila

You are welcome and there are not any "Stupid" chicken questions ......the only thing stupid is NOT ASKING the questions!

Thanks, NewChickenMom, for my new babies! My hubby LOVED the call duck babies.....I will keep you updated on their progress! As well as everyone else that left your family to join ours!

Thanks to everyone I met.....I think the Pink Orschelns's shirt did the trick....I had 4 different people say hi to me and ask if I was Jmajors, nice icebreaker idea!

We all had a blast talking and chatting and "WAITING" on the judges. We learned so much from everyone. That is what it is all about. Hugs to you all!

jmajors,

your DD pekin is having a blast at my house, we got home around 11pm and i took her into the barn where my ducks/geese are and opened her kennel and she ran right out to the ducks, they accepted her right away and my boys love her already!!

i had a blast at the show!

We are having "who's the boss wars" at our house. Those cochin frizzles want to rule the roost and my other cochin frizzles say no way jose`! they will settle down in time......Oh yeah, you all missed the sale today at Keytesville! WOW! They had some beautiful Silver Pheasant pairs and another that I did not know what it was called but it's back was black and red and rich purple like crown royal purple blue and looked quilted. OMG he was beautiful.

I got some more call ducks YEAHHHHHH!!!!
