September Hatch-a-long!

Pics
well we are starting of day 22 and haven't seen any movement since last night more than 12 hours ago,of the 3 eggs left in the incubator the other 14 are now 2-3 days old, it appears from candle last night that they had absorbed the veins as coudn't see any on candle now, but not even an internal pip, also having a hard time keeping the humidity up to 70 now, what do you more experienced hatchers think, should I continue to try and keep the humidity up and wait longer or call the hatch at 82% hatch rate?

My little egg hatched on day 23, but that was under a broody. I did water candle on day 22 as I thought there was no hope for my remaining 2 eggs. And one of them wiggled unbelievably! So it gave me hope to just continue waiting and then the next day we had a pip. Good luck

Everyone's out! Most are in the brooder and the rest are still fluffing up in the 'bater. I originally had 29 eggs, one was clear, two were early quitters ETA: one quit some time during lock down. Now I have 25 cute chick's! Once the last few come fluff up I'll get pictures.

That's quite impressive there for 89% hatch rate, you don't count the 1 clear so 25/28 congrats

The curled up baby is doing much much better.... shes walking now, not sprinting like the others but she'll get there.
Out of my autosexers, looks like 2female 55flowery, 1male, and 1female cream legbar, 3 male. I hope my other five black chicks are all girls lol... heres a couple fluff pics :)

well I went out to look at some that had just hatched but they sold out , here locally, they sure are pretty even for barn yard mixes, all they had was some that are juveniles already so they are outside in cage protected from my flock especially the broody as they all sleep in same area, but rooster was funny he's decided he gets all the babies and was sitting there talking to them, wonder how i'm going to explain that one to my son with em being so much bigger already lol. the rooster on these is a Blue New Jersey Giant, the silver ones are from the black rock hen and the black ones are from a gold laced wyandettte lol, maybe next time will post i'm hatching out and then just stay off computer until hatch is complete before I get myself in big trouble By the way that hen you see behind themis the broody sitting on 30 eggs lol trouble

I'm a little late to this party but I have BBS silkies due to hatch this Friday :ya. I had a new pullet laying and a new roo that I needed to test fertility :) 7 of 7 eggs are all looking great! A week after setting them, the silkie went broody so she's sitting on two of her own eggs, due sometime next week. I candled them last night and both are looking wonderful! She'll be a first time mom so hopefully she'll do a good job. Those were supposed to be my last eggs set for the year but then my showgirl started laying.....I just put 4 more eggs in the bator last night
