September Hatch-a-long!

Pics
Ok, today is day 7, and I just finished candling all 15 of my eggs in my incubator, and every one of them are showing the veins.

10 light tan eggs= White NN/White Breese parents
5 blue eggs= CCLB/White NN crosses
I'm impressed you could see the blue eggs - I couldn't see anything with my Aracanas! I must candle actually, I'm not even sure what day I'm on, just worked it out I'm day 9 so should try tonight / tomorrow at least with the ones in the incubator - I'll leave the others alone I think under mama hens - they seem to know what they are doing and in both cases last hatch they kicked out unviable eggs!

I guess that I have hatched out so many eggs now in my incubator that my eye is trained now to what to look for? These blue eggs are from my Crested Cream Legbar hens.

The outside temperature here today was 105-F.

That gives me hope as my current blue ones in there are from cream Legbars. I'll post when I try tonight!

My Crested Cream Legbar eggs are a light blue. I hold the egg in my hand the small end down, then put my candling light on the bottom of the small end of the egg. You should see veins toward's the big end of the eggs.

Edit: Good luck!
