SEPTEMBER HATCH-A-LONG!!!

have never seen chicks do this, suspect one has wry neck but have 2 that keep ending up on their back, did add 2 drops of D-Poli visol and B complex to the waterer. has anyone else seen this and know what to do?

Flips? I had some last year? I think it was, you can put them in cups to keep them upright for a couple days. Mine seemed to be Really big in the belly and in the soft shavings they would dig holes and get upside down While trying the rite themselves

6th one is out, 3 in the left in the incubator will candle later, not complaining to bad as was scared none would hatch with the power outage on day 10 and transporting the incubator.

broody is sitting tight and showing nothing, but I can hear cheeping so at least one has hatched

The Serama were all DIS as suspected. No more hatches this month. May try one more next month before quitting until spring.

Darn it, sorry bout such a disappointing (possibly) last hatch. Hope your next one yields you a much better reward!

Talked to a gal who has silky eggs! I might have volunteered myself to hatch some... only a few right? Oh and the best part is they are not for me but for another lady.
