huh? chicks should eat all they want...if they're crops are growing very quickly then chances are you have a roo

the crop is getting large not the comb...could it be the food??

yes they are eating purina medicated chick starter. they are a week old. i asked before if i needed to give grit and was told the starter was fine alone. now im kinda worried.

yes! they'll be fine....but warning....you'll have to be standing next to the incubator watching it to witness the movement!! yet another obsessive behavior of hatching addiction!!

I've been looking through the ebay hatching egg adds!! I'm not suppose to be hatching anymore this year but I find myself yearning for more!!

I did have someone order guineas so I put some in the bator...then a few days later called and decided to buy eggs instead...so I am hatching...he's suppose to pick up 2 dozen eggs next week wouldn't you know my guineas went on a laying hiatus.

I lost one of my loan sex links chicks about a week ago....so I've snuck about 6 eggs from her in with the guineas

will there be a october hatch a long thread? the lady i got my serama eggs from feels bad that i had such a terrible hatch(8 chicks out of 38 eggs) and will be sending me more eggs the begining of october

I saw that there is already an October hatch along started. That's very nice of her to send more eggs. Hope you get a better hatch this time
