I candled everyone last night because while I had the bator open to add a little water I did one...then two...and before I knew it I was looking in all of them. My blue eggs are getting really hard to see into. I can pretty much just see a little of the veins and that's it anymore. A couple of the eggs are noticeably smaller than the others and I'm concerned the babies in there will run out of room before hatch day. My brown eggs are really easy to see into and it is super fun watching the babies bop around in there. So far everyone looks good. I removed 4 eggs. 2 infertiles from the farmer's market, one quitter from the farmer's market, and one early quitter from my amerecauna eggs. So if everyone hatched I would have 15 true ameracaunas and 9 mystery chicks, possibly barnyard mutts.
