Set my very first eggs today (due March 24th) - need a hatching buddy!

I have got 4 pipping, the first one has made just a hint of progress since 2:00. They are making some noise and more are pipping so I am hoping that he will hear the others and go for the gusto. I dont want to help him out, I will if I have too, but it didnt turn out so good last time. Hopefully, in the morning we will have babies. Thats is, if I go to sleep.

Look what happened while I was gone!!!! She going around to all the other eggs sleeping next to the other eggs and pecking at them!

2nd speckled sussex...looks so much darker, saw her coming out of shell...there is NOTHING like this thrill

will it lighten up? or is this the correct speckled and the light one something else?

OMG!!!!! I heard chirping!!! I chirped and then they chirped back! Crazy!!!!! Still no pipping.

Day 20: woke up at 4:30am to go to the loo. Peered over the bator and I have to eggs with pips!!!!!! Yay!!!!
