YAY!!!!PDATE: got new batteries for my light, a blanket for over my head, candled a few and guess what?????? Found veins!!!!!
Also had three completely clear and porous so got rid of those, down to 15 not gonna candle again til day 18
Thanks to everyone for all the help and encouragement,,,,,,,,,,,sorry ahead of time cuz I am sure I will need much more before this is over

No, But put a Wet Sponge in there. It will keep humidity up, then when you candle. and if the sponge is dry, wetten it again.My humidity is very low....30ish. I have a cup of water in the incubator, and I pour just a tad bit of water on the floor under the wire. Any other suggestions to bring it up? I have had the water bowl in there for a few days..
Is this a major danger to the chicks?
It's not an easy gig this hatching thing. I went through 4 batches until I got one batch to go right and now we're addicted! Just flipping love it. Many many congratulations.
