SEVERELY swollen eye ball

There is an infection in the eye or sinus cavity. It probably is from a respiratory disease such as coryza or MG, but she could have gotten something in the eye, such as a seed pod or was pecked. Does she have a bad odor? Do you have any antibiotics? A vet would be best. Wash the eye with saline or eye wash at least twice a day. Try to express pus from the eye with gentle pressure. Get any of the white material that you can. Use a dab of Terramycin or plain Neosporin ointment into the eye 2-3 times daily. She may lose the eye if the pus is not removed. Baytril or sulfadimethoxine (smz-tmp) can be used to treat if it is MG or certain bacteria. MG can respond to Tylan or Tylosin. These videos are graphic, but show how to express pus from around the eye:

There is not any odor to it. And she doesn't have any discharge from her sinuses. Her breathing sounds clear also.
