Sexing by egg laying

I inherited 7 lovely sebastopol geese when I bought my farm in October. The only thing the previous owners told me is they range in age from 1-5 yrs.
I think only one bird is laying eggs (I only ever got one egg per day) and now she's sitting on a nest and there have been no new eggs. Think it's safe to assume the rest are males?

Either ganders or young geese who have not yet started laying. Good luck for a successful hatch.
