Sexing-My predictions.

I hatched a lot of chicks so I decided to try and sex them. I'm not good at all so please tell me your predictions

# 1 Prediction- PULLET

# 2 Prediction-PULLET

#3 Prediction-Pullet

#4 Prediction-Not sure..Looks like pullet acts like roo

#5 Prediction-Roo

#6 Prediction-Roo

#7 Prediction-Roo

#8 Prediction-Roo

#9 Prediction-Roo

That's not all the chicks I have I was getting confused on which were which but I'm pretty sure these are all different.Let me know what you think!

Its too early and combs on young chicks are not an accurate way to sex, but on #6, I do think the barred rock is a roo from the large headspot.

OH NO! New to raising chickens, so can't really make a guess, but they are sooooo cute!!!

on day two or three even, if you will take a pic of there wings spread I can tell you if its a hen or roo....

#4 Prediction-Not sure..Looks like pullet acts like roo

Last year the most aggressive one of the bunch (silkies) turned out to be a pretty little hen

When I hatched my Orps, there was a blue chick that was the largest of all the chicks and had the largest comb. I thought for sure it was a rooster. Turned out to be a pullet.

But I'd say you have a 50/50 chance of being right.

Well hopefully I will have more pullets than roos!
