These babies are at 8-9 weeks so i am looking to see what we think, male or female! None are screaming male to me, so hopefully they are ladies!!

Chicken 1 is Squishy the ?Chocolate Orpington?
Chicken 2 is Laffy Taffy the Amberlink
Chicken 3 is Big Momma the Jersey Giant
Chicken 4 is Liberty the ????
Chicken 5 is Pooper the ????
Chicken 6 is Toffee the ????
Chicken 7 is Henrietta the Amberlink.

If you can help with breed on the 3 red ines, thatd be amazing!!!!

I believe you've got a mix of Production Reds/NHR/Rhode Island Reds.
Instead of another post im going to see if you can answer this. I went in the baby coop and noticed one of our EE has a crest!!! Does that mean it isnt an EE or its an EE made with an AS maybe? Here are some pictures. Its about 5-6 weeks old im guessing.

Ill also try to get some of the 3 reds standing.

Still a type of EE. Betting she lays green eggs. Likely a second generation CCLB EE.
