What is a fibro chocolate layer?
Fibro would be short for fibromelanosis, which is when chickens have black skin, black meat, black bones, etc.

They can have feathers of any color (Silkies), or just black feathers (Ayam Cemani).

I think there are only two main genes required for a chicken to have/show fibromelanosis, although I have no idea how many modifier genes might be involved too. But with only two main genes, it would be fairly simple to breed a fibromelanistic chicken with any other traits you might want, like specific egg colors. (Note, "fairly simple" would still mean several years of breeding to get all the right traits breeding true. More complex breeding projects might require many more years than that.)

Also have a pen of barred Cochin male over assorted cochin females. Will result in normally barred females (black, blue or black carrying lavender) and 1gene barred males (same resulting colors)
