Fun! My barred rocks are soooo friendly and cuddly! Azures should lay beautiful eggs! Where did you order from?

From freys hatchery.

I specifically wanted friendly birds, and colorful eggs. I've heard that azure are friendly if raised from chick's but less so when raised from pullets. no matter

I got one Isa brown chick along with the other different ones. Are Isa brown good egg producers?

I've came to the conclusion that Cackle hatchery is money hungry. I pay 4 dollars more without the the Small order fee. I spend less with the small order fee.

The price of chicks with Small order fee: $170.74.

The price of Chicks without Small order fee: $174.84.

that’s a lot isn’t it . I’ve never ordered from a hatchery though I go thru an old farmer that has a family feed store. I’ve bought some from tsc too

I have no experience with them, since I avoid high egg Production hybrids. But they're supposed to be excellent layers.

They knocked $10 off after I posted this. Still spent alot more then I wanted for 15 chicks, but oh well.
