She can't see!

I have a sizzle silkie/cochin mix that can not see because her head feathers and cheaks are so puffy. She is getting picked on by the other chickens and can not see well enough to defend herself.

Should I trim the feathers around her eyes?

If you're not showing her or anything, give her a good trimming! It would definitely make her feel more secure!

She is really a good looking bird, but what class would I show her in?

I have no idea! lol I am new to showing..I have silkies and if I had no plans on showing them, their top knots would be cut so they can see.

Sizzles are not a recognized breed for showing, so you are more than free to clip her crest and around her eyes so she can see. It will not deduct from her in shows since she won't be a breed that's recognized.
